This workout may be simple, but don’t think for a second that means the same thing as “easy.” Try to maintain form as you perform each set individually. Rest 30 seconds between rounds and 60 seconds between sets. Remember to warm up and cool down.

A1: Sprawl – 2 ROUND x 25 REP
B1: Burpee – 2 ROUND x 25 REP
C1: Squat Jump – 2 ROUND x 25 REP
D1: Clap Push Up – 2 ROUND x 25 REP
